By providing a comprehensive range of heavy lift, transportation and logistic support services, our skilled marine engineers and consultants work hand in hand with the MOD providing complex planning and technical expertise. Our team are always on hand at the quayside to oversee the loadout of some of the UK’s newest warships.

With the UK Government outlining plans for the biggest expansion of nuclear power for 70 years, Malin Abram has been active in supporting the sector, most recently with transportation for Hinkley point C. With a salient concern for safety, we are also well versed in the requirements and regulations associated with this industry.


Malin Abram have successfully delivered a series of diverse and complex transportation projects over the past decades, supporting a range of large civil engineering projects across the UK. This has included the transportation of bridge structures, vessel transportation and bespoke heavy lift structures.

From design and development support during build and deployment, through to transportation and installation expertise, we have the experience, expertise and equipment to help. This includes our 137 metre semi-submersible barge, the CD01.
